Overview
Crucian carp meat is tender and sweet, and contains a large amount of iron, calcium, phosphorus and other minerals. It is also rich in nutrients, including protein, fat, vitamin A, B vitamins, etc. Add a small piece of tofu to the braised fish. The tender tofu will be even more delicious. Tofu contains more calcium and fish contains more vitamin D. The two foods complement each other and the calcium is easy to absorb.
