Slice beef tenderloin thinly.

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, oil and starch, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Add some salt and a few drops of oil to the boiling water, blanch the green beans, take them out and let them cool.

Put oil in the pot, add shredded ginger and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add beef and stir-fry until it changes colour.

Add the beans and stir-fry evenly.

Remove from the pan.
