Overview

This dish was invented because I get home late from get off work every night. As soon as I get home, my daughter says, “Mom, I’m hungry!” In order to start the meal earlier, I also need to consider that the dishes should be rich in nutrients, so I cooked a few of them with vegetables. In this way, I can cook a large plate and have the meal ready in half an hour. It is bright in color, nutritious and delicious, and is worth a try for everyone.

  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture. Cut the bean skin into shreds, cut the cauliflower into small pieces, and cut the lettuce and carrot into small pieces. (First soak the mushrooms and fungus in water, marinate the meat, and then prepare various vegetables. This arrangement will make it very fast! Many people cook like fighting, but they do not arrange the order of handling the ingredients, haha)

  2. Soak mushrooms and fungus in warm water for 20 minutes, slice into pieces and set aside.

  3. Marinate the pork with one tablespoon of cooking wine, two tablespoons of soy sauce, and a little salt for 20 minutes. (It’s best to choose plum meat or double-layer meat. It’s delicious whether it’s fat or lean.)

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant (I didn't add it because I ran out of garlic), add sliced meat and stir-fry over low heat.

  6. Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant. The dry shiitake mushrooms need to be stir-fried for a while longer than other ingredients.

  7. Add the fungus and stir-fry until it snaps, quickly add a little water, be careful not to get splashed by the fungus.

  8. Add cauliflower and carrots one by one and stir-fry. (You must buy loose-flowered cauliflower, which means the rhizomes are relatively slender and the flowers bloom loosely. This kind of white cauliflower tastes crunchy and delicious)

  9. Continue to add bean curd lettuce and stir-fry. (Mine is a stainless steel pot, which is not suitable for stir-frying. If you use other pots, you have to stir-fry constantly)

  10. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. (Because the pots are different, if you use an iron pot to stir-fry, you need to stir-fry for a while. Cover the lid and cook for less time.)

  11. Because the portion is too big, I just use the pot lid to put the food in reverse. Haha, this is a lazy trick. Please remember to use a big plate. Okay, dinner is ready. The family of three can eat everything.
