Cabbage and Beef Meatball Soup
Overview
In the past, when my mother was not sick, she often made fish ball soup, beef ball soup, and all kinds of delicious dishes. I haven’t been able to eat it for many years, so my second aunt taught me how to make it a few days ago. At first, I was resistant because I was not good at cooking and could only make simple quick dishes. But after listening to her outline of the steps and searching online, I thought it was quite simple. Take advantage of the last day of vacation and try it quickly. Of course, as a novice in the kitchen, there are bound to be some failures, which will be detailed in the tips. I hope that friends like me can go further and further on the road of cooking!

Steps
-
I don’t have a meat grinder at home, so I asked him to grind the beef when I bought it. Add chopped green onion and ginger, a small amount of cooking wine, add water in 3 times, stir clockwise until strong (it feels sticky).
-
Add 13 incense, a small amount of soy sauce, and cooking oil, and continue stirring in one direction. For those who added too much water in the previous step, you can add some starch here to maintain the stickiness and prevent it from scattering in the pot.
-
Ready. Chopped coriander, chopped green onion, cabbage leaves, water (add cooking wine), and beef filling.
-
I made my first meatball when the water temperature was 70 or 80 degrees. Due to my inexperience, I added a little too much water and no starch when stirring the stuffing, so the first time I went in, it became muddy instantly. (An emoticon is required here: 😭. I hope Gourmet World will release an emoticon package as soon as possible.)

The latter one is more experienced and not broken. But there was a layer of blood foam floating on the surface. Wait until all the beef meatballs are in the pot, then transfer them to the filling bowl.
-
A random one: a plastic claw covered in blood.
-
After the meatballs are formed, add the garnishes. You can add whatever ingredients you have on hand, as long as they are not mutually exclusive and you like to eat them, you can add them. This section can be played freely. Remember to stir it back and forth with a spoon a few times.
-
Add salt, chopped green onion, and coriander. Taste the taste, if it is bland, add soy sauce to adjust it.
-
Cover and cook for a while. It is estimated to be cooked. Add sesame oil and black pepper and it is ready to serve.
