Braised crucian carp with spicy and sour tomatoes
Overview
Have you ever felt that in hot weather like summer, you have no appetite and eating becomes a burden? Let’s try this braised crucian carp with spicy and sour tomatoes. It’s such a simple home-cooked dish. It’s the first time I use Korean chili sauce to season it. I feel that the crucian carp is so delicious and tender under the Korean chili sauce. The rice in the rice cooker will naturally be eaten instantly.
