Shrimp and braised wild rice
Overview
I like to eat wild rice. Stir-fried shredded pork goes best with rice. When I saw shrimp braised wild rice on the tip of my tongue, I had to try it, hehe. Crisp and tender wild rice, and delicious shrimps, how could this dish not be delicious?

Prepare ingredients.

Trim off the whiskers of the shrimp.

Cut the wild rice into evenly sized hob pieces.

Chop the ginger and onion.

Add oil to the pot and sauté the ginger and green onions until fragrant.

Add river prawns and stir-fry.

Add wild rice and stir-fry evenly.

Add dark soy sauce and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water or stock.

Simmer over low heat and add appropriate amount of salt.
