Wash the mushrooms and tear them into strips.

Cut green onions into sections, shred ginger, and slice garlic and set aside.

Wash and slice the pork belly.

Marinate the pork belly with ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, and salt for fifteen minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté green onion and ginger until fragrant, add pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color and add sweet noodle sauce.

I used this sweet noodle sauce.

After adding the sweet noodle sauce, add an appropriate amount of water and cook for about five minutes.

Stir-fry the pork belly until it is halfway cooked, then add the mushrooms to the pot.

Remove from the pan.

Plate.
