Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

There is no need to add oil to the hot pan. First stir-fry the sauerkraut to dry out the water.

Then shovel the pickled cabbage to the side, add oil, and stir-fry the pickled ginger, shredded ginger, minced garlic, and dried chili until fragrant (this is a lazy way).
