I didn’t finish the fat-headed fish I bought at Chagan Lake Restaurant on Taobao some time ago. I planned to eat the remaining fish tail today, so I made this pan-fried fat-headed fish. It’s very delicious. Friends who like it may wish to give it a try.

Clean the selected area.
