Grilled Snapper with Nut Butter
Overview
Snapper, also called gajillo, is a high-quality edible fish with tender meat and delicious taste. What I bought was frozen in the supermarket. Looking at the texture, I felt that it would be delicious when made into dried fish fillets. I will try this dried fish another day and grill it first. It has a strong salty and fresh flavor, and then mixes it with the aroma of nuts. It will satisfy my mouth!
