Blanch the chicken pieces in cold water, remove, rinse and drain (three-piece set with ginger, green onion and cooking wine to remove fishy smell).

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and stir-fry the ingredients over low heat until fragrant.

Add chicken pieces and stir-fry.

Add salt and braised chicken seasoning.

Stir fry evenly.

Add enough water at one time to cook.

Transfer to casserole and cook.
