Overview
Lettuce, also known as buckwheat, also called bitter vegetable, belongs to the Asteraceae family and the lettuce genus. It is a pointed leaf lettuce with young shoots and leaves as its products. The leaves are long lanceolate, light green in color, crisp and tender in texture, and extremely delicious in taste. Tender, fragrant, with a unique flavor, it contains a large amount of vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and a large amount of calcium, iron, protein, fat, and other nutrients. It is the top grade of raw vegetables, known as phoenix tail.
