Steam glutinous rice into glutinous rice and set aside

Dried tofu, red sausage and shiitake mushrooms, cut into small cubes and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add red sausage and stir-fry until fragrant, then set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add dried tofu and stir-fry until the surface of dried tofu turns golden brown. Dish out and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add diced mushrooms and stir-fry until the mushrooms become juicy

Pour the dried tofu into the mushrooms and stir-fry

Add Chinese marinade, appropriate amount of water, mushroom essence and black pepper and simmer for 5 minutes

Put oil in a pan over low heat, pour a ladle of batter into it, fry over low heat until the batter solidifies, then add an egg
