  1. Wash the beef and soak it in clean water to remove the blood

  3. Slice ginger, peel and wash garlic and shallots

  4. Put the beef, spices, onions, ginger and garlic into the rice cooker, add the marinade, add water to cover the beef, add rock sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, press the stew button, boil and skim off the floating residue, simmer for about 1 hour, then add salt until the marinade is done

  5. Soak in marinade overnight to enhance the flavor, drain, and slice into slices
