Roasted pig’s trotters, a delicious and nourishing beauty product
Overview
I don’t know if I drank too much pig’s trotter soup and fish soup when I had a baby to produce milk. Now I basically have no appetite after seeing these two things. Some time ago, a colleague at the company bought roasted pig's trotters and asked me if I wanted it. Although I had never eaten it, I was still not interested in pig's trotters. I hesitated but didn't want it. It was said to be delicious. Later, when I went to the supermarket, I found that there was a roasted pig's trotters shop next to the supermarket. I was curious and bought one to try. Unexpectedly, it was really good. I bought it twice. I started making it at home this weekend. It was no worse than the ones sold outside, and it was also clean and hygienic. Someone in my family ate a pig's trotters in one sitting...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Split the pig's trotters in the middle (you can ask the seller to split them at the place where you buy the pig's trotters).
-
First put the pig's trotters into the pot and boil them, mainly to remove some water.
-
After the water boils, cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin becomes hard.
-
Add appropriate amount of water to the old stew and bring to a boil with spices.
-
Add the pig's trotters, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat, and marinate for about an hour (the skin can be easily pierced with chopsticks).
-
After marinating, soak it in the pot for a few hours (you can also not soak it, soaking it will make it more delicious).
-
After the braised pig's trotters are picked up, make marks on them (this will bake them more deeply. In fact, you can also make some marks while braising, but I forgot about it).
-
Put it in the middle rack of the oven, raise the heat to 200 degrees and lower the heat, you can adjust the temperature. Place a baking sheet underneath to catch the drippings, and bake for about 20 minutes.
-
Prepare cooked white sesame seeds, cumin and chili powder.
-
Take it out halfway through baking and brush with a layer of oil.
-
After roasting, sprinkle with cumin and chili powder. (You don’t have to sprinkle it, it will be more fragrant after you sprinkle it)
-
Finally sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds. (You can also put it in the oven for another half minute to allow the cumin and chili powder to blend into the pig's trotters a little more)
