Scoop Pixian bean paste into a bowl, add some minced garlic, minced ginger, white sugar and cooking oil and stir well

Pour the mixed Pixian bean paste and fish flavor seasoning into the cold pot

After sauteing, add a small bowl of water and bring to a boil

Add the cut fat tofu

Sprinkle with shredded chili pepper
