Sesame Crispy Cookies
Overview
I like eating shortbread cookies very much. Borrowing the recipe of Margherita biscuits, we made crispy sesame biscuits and added milk powder. The biscuits are rich in milk fragrance, melt in your mouth, intoxicatingly crispy and very delicious.

Add sugar to corn oil and beat until puffy.

Crush the cooked egg yolks through a sieve and add them to the whipped oil. Mix well.

Sift in cornstarch. Flour, milk powder.

Add water and stir until fluffy. Add sesame seeds and stir again.

Knead into a ball.

Divide into small portions of about 16g, round them up, and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.
