Steam the purple sweet potatoes in the pot until cooked.

Line a flat-bottomed plate with parchment paper and brush a small amount of cooking oil inside the heart-shaped mold.

Fill the inside of the mold with purple sweet potato rice flour and lightly smooth the surface with chopsticks.

After handling all the molds in this way, boil water in a pot, steam over high heat for twenty minutes, take out and skewer them with bamboo skewers.
