Stir-fried loofah with yam and gluten
Overview
I’m at home on the weekend and too lazy to go out, so what should I do? Add half a yam to the loofah and fried gluten together!

Peel and slice yam

Peel the loofah and cut into pieces

Rinse each gluten with water and make a hole with your hands

Start the oil pan

Add loofah and yam and stir-fry for a while

Add oily gluten and stir-fry

Add some salt, oyster sauce and sugar and stir well

I also added a little wolfberry and sprinkled with chopped green onion before serving
