Soak and wash black fungus, carrots, fried tofu

Cut the fried tofu into thick slices, cut the carrot into thin slices, and pat some garlic

Green pepper cut into cubes

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant

Add the fried tofu, carrot slices and black fungus and stir-fry

Make bowl sauce: cornstarch, soybean paste, sugar, water and mix well
-
Pour the prepared bowl of juice into the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat

Then add the green peppers to the pan and stir-fry until the juice is reduced over high heat

Finished product. So delicious.
