Steak and Braised White Radish
Overview
I didn’t start learning to cook until my son was 8 years old. In the past, my parents and sisters did it, and when I got married, my mother-in-law and husband did it, but I didn’t even have the chance to do it. But then I got the chance, so I started learning to cook. It was so interesting and gave me a sense of accomplishment. Eating at home is healthier and more delicious than eating out. I am willing to learn anything for my son. .

Bought the steak, washed it and drained it.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the steak for 5 minutes.

Pick it up and drain it.

Prepare a casserole with water.

Wash and cut the radishes.

Prepare seasoning.

When the water in the casserole boils, add the steak.

Then add the seasoning.

Stir.

Then put some cooking wine.

Add salt.

Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 1 hour.

After an hour, add the radish and simmer for another 20 minutes. The radish is just right too.

It's time to eat. . Very fragrant. .

Serve with chili sauce. Fragrant. . Drooling all over the floor.
