Dissolve the baking powder in warm water and use it to knead the dough (put the dough in a basin when it’s cold, add hot water to the pot and let it sit)

Prepare all ingredients

Shred the carrots, dice the vermicelli, tofu, leeks, and beans, and mince the onion and ginger

Heat a little oil in a wok, put the shredded radish, and beans into the pan and stir-fry briefly

Put the egg liquid into a pan and bake it into a pancake (you can also fry it, but I think it is too tender)

Prepare all the seasonings and pour into the filling (according to personal preference)
