It’s Chinese New Year, and every household will make some dumplings. Dumplings can be steamed, fried or boiled. Today I used the oil used to make a vegetarian stuffing and lightly fried it. It was particularly delicious.

  7. Add salt, chicken essence and sugar and stir-fry evenly. Add some more leeks.

  9. Grab a dumpling wrapper and add the filling. Don't put too much, don't puff it up, let it flatten out a little and make it easier to cook when frying.
