Stir-fried Shredded Beef with Wild Wild Rice
Overview
Just cut the shredded beef until it is as thick as the tip of a chopstick, not too thin. If it is thin, just stir-fry it a little bit.

Three wild rice balls, green peppers, peeled wild rice plants

Cut wild rice, carrots, and green peppers into larger shreds. Cut beef into shreds and use light soy sauce.

Shred ginger, mince garlic

Heat a wok, add oil and stir-fry shredded ginger until fragrant, add shredded beef and stir-fry until fragrant.

Wash the wok, heat it up and pour in the oil. When the oil is hot, add the chopped wild rice, carrots and green peppers. Stir-fry for one minute and add salt. Stir-fry for a few times and add the shredded beef. Stir-fry together for a few more times, take out of the pan and serve on a plate.
