Clean the big silkworm chrysalis!

Prepare ingredients!

Add water to the pot, boil the water and pour in the silkworm chrysalis!

Cook for five minutes and take it out!

Take it out and let it cool! Use scissors to cut the silkworm chrysalis in the middle and take out the internal organs!

Cut them all!

Squeeze out the water from the cut silkworm chrysalises and add two tablespoons of cornstarch!

Stir well so that each silkworm chrysalis is coated with starch!

Heat the oil in a pan until it is 70% hot, pour in the silkworm chrysalis, and fry over low heat.

Fry until golden brown and take out!

Leave the base oil in the pot, add the ingredients, shredded onion, ginger, and dried red pepper, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant!
