Vegetarian steamed buns
Overview
Yesterday I made hot noodles with onion and pork pie, and today I will continue to make steamed buns with hot noodles. Although it is a vegetarian dish, it still tastes good, especially for people like me who don’t like meat.

Chop leeks, mushrooms, carrots, and tofu.

Add the mung bean vermicelli soaked in hot water and cut the vermicelli into small pieces.

Put a little chicken oil in the pot, add chopped green onions and dried shrimps.

Pour the chopped sea rice and green onions into a basin, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, thirteen spices, and salt.

Stir evenly in one direction.

Add 1/3 cold water to 2/3 hot noodles and knead the dough until the dough is slightly soft.

Divide the dough into small portions and roll them out.

Wrap into a crescent shape, bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
