This is a meat and vegetable stir-fry. The cabbage is refreshing. The cabbage stir-fried with the oil from the pork belly has a special aroma. It can easily give you an extra bowl of rice if you are not careful.

  2. Cut the dried chilies into small pieces, chop the scallions into finely chopped scallions, and chop the black bean into coarse mince

  3. Cut the pork belly into large thin slices
