Peppermint Margarita Cookies
Overview
It is said that Margarita biscuits are beginner-level biscuits, but I, a novice, have never made them once. Because they have a foreign name, I thought they were very complicated. I didn’t know until recently that Margarita biscuits are really the best biscuits for novice bakers. There are no many tools in making, and no special materials are needed. They have a simple and unpretentious appearance, and a crispy and delicious taste. If you make them once, you will know that biscuits can be so simple! Since I didn’t have all the ingredients at home, I changed the cornstarch in the original recipe to arrowroot powder, the butter to vegetable oil, and the powdered sugar to white sugar, but the rest remained the same.
