Sea vegetable and fish soup
Overview
There are several names for the gar fish, including yellow spicy ding, yellow duck crowing, and thorn fish. Tianjin calls it Gayu. I bought four croakers, and the merchant cleaned them up, and one of them was used to make soup. Burn the remaining tofu.
