Soak the fish gelatin powder into cold boiled water in advance.

Add sugar and honey to the cooked pumpkin while it's hot and stir until the sugar melts.

Put the fish gelatin powder in a pot and stir over hot water until the fish gelatin powder water melts.

Add the melted isinglass powder water to the pumpkin puree and mix evenly.

Put the mixed pumpkin puree into a sealed container and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours until the pumpkin puree solidifies.

Take out the refrigerated solidified pumpkin cake, cut into pieces and arrange on a plate.
