Qiaohua
Overview
I remember when I was young, every time when there were children at home during the Chinese Valentine's Day, they would bake Qiaohua flowers and tie the baked Qiaohua flowers with thread and hang them around their necks. Nowadays, there are fewer and fewer people making Qiaohua, but I make it every year *^_^*

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, first warm the milk, add yeast and mix well, then add eggs, sugar, sesame flour and ferment into a smooth dough.
-
After the fermented dough is deflated, divide it into 15g small doughs and wrap them with brown sugar filling, just like making steamed buns.
-
Place the bag mouth upwards in the mold and press it flat, then it will pop out.
-
Place the patterned side in a pan to create texture, then bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes.
-
The Qiaohua are small and cook quickly, but the brown sugar filling inside my Qiaohua is very time-consuming, so you don’t need to fill it.

It is a joyful thing to distribute the prepared flowers to the children around you, and it’s nothing to be tired of!
