Beat the eggs, slice the ginger, and dice the green onions

Cut the tofu into cubes and blanch it in water.

Add base oil and add onion and ginger.

Add the tofu to the pan and stir-fry.

Add five-spice powder, soy sauce, sesame oil and half a bowl of water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Remove the juice over high heat.

Serve on a platter.
