Overview

Mushu rapeseed is a common dish on my family's dining table. It combines the aroma of meat, egg and rapeseed, and is a great addition to rice. Every time I make this dish, the little master always yells, put more meat and more eggs!

  1. Prepare the raw materials and defrost the pork;

  2. Pour "Jiusan" soybean oil into the wok, stir-fry the eggs and set aside;

  3. Slice lean pork, add pepper powder, starch, cooking wine and soybean oil, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes;

  4. Pour "Jiusan" soybean oil into the wok, add ginger slices and chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant;
