Prepare the meat filling, onion, ginger, garlic and egg white

Add the diced carrots and peppers

Stir the tofu and meat filling evenly. At the same time, add the appropriate amount of seasoning according to your own taste

Chop the onions. Not too thin

Add a small amount of oil to the pan and evenly coat the bottom of the pan

Put the onions in first and then fry them slightly

Add the tofu meat filling prepared in advance. Be careful to fill it fully.

After frying one side, fry the other side

Be careful not to stick to the bottom of the pan when frying

Remove from the pan after frying both sides.
