First cut the roasted bran into 3cm square pieces, boil it in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes, take it out, wash and drain.

Soak the peanut kernels in boiling water for 5 minutes to remove the red coating.

Remove the stems of fungus, daylily, and shiitake mushrooms, wash them, and cut them into sections.

Heat the oil pan until it is 70% hot, add roasted bran and fry until light yellow and hard.

Add salad oil to the wok, sauté ginger, green onions and fennel until fragrant.

Add the fungus and mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Add roasted bran and peanut kernels.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Add daylily and stir-fry.

Add sugar and salt to taste, reduce the juice over medium heat, stir well and serve.
