This is a method learned from the Shuiqingqing recipe. However, in the original recipe, the white radish is cut into rectangular shapes, and I did not cut it. Others are subject to change by yourself.

  1. Chop the pork, add chopped green onion, chopped ginger, pepper, salt, oil and other condiments, mix well and make a meat filling.
