Steamed white radish meat rolls
Overview
This is a method learned from the Shuiqingqing recipe. However, in the original recipe, the white radish is cut into rectangular shapes, and I did not cut it. Others are subject to change by yourself.

Chop the pork, add chopped green onion, chopped ginger, pepper, salt, oil and other condiments, mix well and make a meat filling.

Let the water blanch

Remove and cool.
