Red Oil Enoki Mushroom
Overview
The red oil is usually made. The chili powder used to make spicy cabbage is very colorful but not too spicy. When making the red oil, I usually add some sesame seeds so that I don’t need to add additional sesame seeds when mixing with vegetables. If you use very spicy red oil and add a few more spoons, it will be too spicy. Of course, if you are not afraid of spicy food, feel free to do so. You have to be casual. I grind the Sichuan peppercorns into powder and I think it has more flavor. My mixing method is different from the mainstream in the market, it's just my preference. I didn’t put onion, ginger, and garlic, that’s right. I don’t like it. If you like it, just put it in. I don’t know if I should put it in.

Wash the enoki mushrooms, tear them apart and boil them until cooked.

Take it out, take a shower, or let it cool.

Squeeze out the water and set aside in a mixing bowl.

Place 5 Sichuan peppercorns and 5 Sichuan peppercorns in a grinding bottle.

Grind directly and pour into mixing bowl.

Red oil is used for coloring. It is not very spicy. If you use the chili powder used to make spicy cabbage, the red oil will only be red but not spicy. When putting it in the mixing bowl, scoop out more oil.

Because it is not too spicy, you must add some chili powder to add spiciness, and pour in sesame oil and rattan pepper oil (you can also use sesame oil, which just adds numbness).

Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar.

Wear gloves and mix well.

Put it in a sealed box or cover it with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator to enjoy the flavor the next day. You can also eat it immediately.
