Enoki mushrooms, minced ginger, coriander, tomatoes, chopped chives.

Appropriate amount of mustard.

Ginger, green onion, coriander, mustard, appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, mature vinegar, sesame oil for seasoning and set aside.
