Shepherd's purse tofu soup
Overview
This dish was made in early spring. At that time, the shepherd's purse had just sprouted and was very delicious. Relatives from my hometown brought some when they came. They made dumplings at my mother-in-law's house, and the rest were destroyed for some reason. I took them all home and made several dishes. This shepherd's purse tofu soup is one of them. Tofu and shrimp are added to the clear soup, and it is served with sesame oil and pepper. It is very delicious.
