Wash the rice and soak it for about half an hour

Prepare lean meat, vegetables, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, and ginger

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes, cut onions into cubes, cut lean meat into small pieces, cut ginger into cubes, slice mushrooms, and cut green vegetables into sections

Heat oil, add diced ginger and saute over high heat until fragrant
