Peel purple sweet potatoes and golden potatoes. Cut the purple sweet potato into strips as thick as your little finger, and cut the golden potato into thick slices less than one centimeter thick. Then put the purple sweet potato in a microwave steamer and steam over high heat for 10 minutes, or use an ordinary pot to steam for more than 20 minutes.

Take it out after steaming, be careful that the steam will burn your hands when opening the lid.

Put it into a mixer, and while it's hot, add 30 grams of butter, 10 grams of milk powder, and 5 grams of powdered sugar (increase or decrease according to taste). Puree. (Butter also plays the same diluting role as water here. Purple sweet potatoes have less water. If they are still dry, you can add ten grams of water.)

(This step is also 3!) While removing the purple sweet potato from the steamer, put the golden potato on top and microwave on high heat for ten minutes, or steam in a regular pot for twenty minutes. In the meantime proceed to step 3! (If you use an ordinary pot, or if the microwave steamer is large enough, you can steam it at the same time as the purple sweet potato in the first step, but be careful not to get stained by the purple sweet potato.)

Puree golden potato with 15 grams of milk powder, 10 grams of butter, and 5 grams of powdered sugar. (Golden sweet potato has more water than purple sweet potato, so add less butter. If it is a variety with high water content, do not add butter and add more milk powder.)
