Minced Pork and Potato Noodles (Rice) Sauce
Overview
Normally the noodle sauce is just minced meat, which is rather monotonous. This time I added a little potato. Because I usually love potatoes, but I think the sauce is too monotonous. I always eat noodles after mixing them together😅😅😅The sauce I accidentally cooked was recognized by my family and I also think it is delicious... The softness of the potatoes makes the meat sauce taste more layered and memorable😘😘🤗🤗

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the mushrooms in advance
-
The size of the diced pork depends on personal preference. Do not cut the potatoes too small. The mushrooms are also cut into small dices
-
Add oil to the hot pan and add a little more heat to stir-fry out the fatter meat first (if it is all lean meat or you feel there is no need to stir-fry, you can skip this step and skip to the next step☺️)
-
Then add the diced ginger, green onions and shiitake mushrooms and slowly fry the green onions over medium-low heat~
-
Some of the spring onions are already slightly browned and that’s it
-
Then put the minced meat down and stir-fry until it dries up a little moisture
-
Add two or three bowls of water and put the potatoes in. After the water boils, cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
-
I added salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and a little chicken essence to taste halfway through...
-
After the potatoes are cooked until soft, add the water starch prepared in advance and stir continuously
-
For the finished product, just stir the starch evenly ~ turn off the heat
-
The finished product doesn’t look very good, but the noodles are absolutely amazing☺️
-
For the finished product, I blanched some bean sprouts, noodles, and added some cucumber shreds... Add this sauce, add an omelette and a drink, and it's perfect😅😅😅It's not bad to just imagine🙄🙄🙄
-
The finished product can also be mixed with rice noodles, noodles, and vermicelli
-
If you like the finished product spicy, you can add some chili powder or chili oil
