Crystal clear---Pearl meatballs
Overview
Ever since I started making glutinous rice balls, I bought this steamer. This is the first time I used it to make adorable glutinous rice and shrimp balls, which look delicious. For my husband's birthday a few days ago, I took it out and made pearl balls. They looked good and were delicious and beautiful. One steamer can only make eight pearl balls, which is not enough when there are many people. I plan to buy another one and steam 2 baskets at a time. Haha, it is enough to eat!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chop the pork shoulder into minced meat, add umami soy sauce, thirteen spices, pepper noodles, sesame oil, salt, and egg white
-
Peel and chop water chestnuts, chop green onion and ginger
-
Stir vigorously in one direction until thick and sticky, add water chestnuts, chopped green onion and ginger and stir evenly again.
-
Add an appropriate amount of olive oil and stir again until the oil and meat are completely combined
-
Soak the glutinous rice 4 hours in advance and control the water. Take a ball of minced meat and roll it into a meat ball. Roll it on the glutinous rice so that it is completely covered with glutinous rice. The rounder the roll, the better.
-
Place blanched cabbage leaves on the bottom of the steamer, put the sauced meatballs on top, put boiling water in the pot and steam for 20 minutes until cooked.
