Add beer and hot water to boil, remove the base ingredients, add blood tofu, sausage, eel, hairy tripe and fat sausage, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes until cooked.

  4. Take it out and put it on a plate and pour in the original soup. Sprinkle a little crushed peppercorns, chili powder and sesame seeds, drizzle a little sesame oil on top, and then pour boiling oil on it
