Vegetarian stuffed buns with egg and cabbage
Overview
A friend brought some home-grown cabbage, a pure green vegetable. This time I didn’t make mixed vegetables, but steamed steamed buns. The dough for the steamed buns is made from a mixture of cornmeal and white flour. Healthy eating is my goal. The steamed buns are slightly yellow and pleasant, and the filling is very delicious when you take a bite.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Flour is ready. Putting less cornmeal will not affect the taste of the flour, and you will eat healthier at the same time.
-
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Pour the flour into the yeast water and make a good dough. It should be soft and ferment for 40 minutes.
-
Wash the cabbage. After boiling water is quickly scalded, let it cool down. Chop the cabbage and add the onion.
-
Fry the eggs until cooked and scattered.
-
Put the eggs in a vegetable basin, and add appropriate amount of oil, salt, pepper, and oyster sauce.
-
Mix well, and finally add about a spoonful of sesame oil and mix well to form a filling.
-
Good facial hair.
-
Knead evenly and divide into small dough pieces. Any size. Roll into round cake.
-
Add cabbage and wrap into buns.
-
Once everything is done, put it in the steamer and steam it for 12 minutes.
