Guanzhong Noodle Soup
Overview
This is a delicacy from the Guanzhong region of Shaanxi. All red and white events are indispensable. The first meal of the Chinese New Year is equally as delicious as dumplings. Pour the soup over the noodles. If there is less noodles, there will be more soup. Eat the noodles without drinking the soup.
