Shredded Pork Noodles: The Taste of Hometown Today’s noodles are hometown noodles. When I was a kid, I had guests at home. The guests were busy and didn’t have time to make dinner and needed to eat. After a while, my mother would serve a bowl of hot noodles like this. This is what we eat for breakfast when we have guests at home, so when I was a child, I looked forward to having guests at home. When guests come, I can eat delicious food and eat bacon shredded noodles for breakfast. Granny Li next to me learned of my idea and said to me, you don’t know how worried your mother will be when guests come to your home. I didn’t understand at that time. I only knew that when guests came, I could eat fragrant bacon shreds for breakfast
