Egg roll rice
Overview
Egg roll rice is actually egg fried rice, but the egg exists in a different way. This description is a bit philosophical, I won't say it is a gorgeous transformation of leftover rice, I will only say that the fried rice is packed with egg skin!

Prepare materials

Mix eggs into egg liquid, cut chive flowers and squid tentacles into small pieces, and chop red pepper

Pour oil into a pan, fry the egg liquid into egg skin, set aside for later use
