Shrimp and Asparagus Salad
Overview
Use oil and vinegar sauce to make salads, which is low in calories and you don’t have to worry about gaining weight. I modified the recipe of the oil and vinegar sauce according to my own taste. I like the taste very much.

Wash and peel the shrimp

Cut open the back of the shrimp and remove the shrimp line

Put water in the pot, bring to a boil, add shrimps and blanch them

Take the tender tips of asparagus, blanch them in a pot and then drain them under cool boiling water

Shred yellow pepper

Shredded purple cabbage

Arrange the vegetables and shrimps on the plate

Mix oil and vinegar thoroughly, grind in black pepper, and add salt if necessary.

Pour the vinaigrette over the vegetables and shrimp.
