  6. The wok is a bit big, so I changed it to a smaller one. Bring it to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer. If the chopsticks can penetrate the meat, it means the meat is cooked. You need to control the degree yourself.

  7. When the meat is cooked, add rock sugar and continue to stew until the juice is reduced. Be careful not to burn the pot when the soup is almost gone.
